When it comes to safe, reliable site power, there is no one-size-fits-all. With that in mind, Jackson Industries now offers the Lifeguard 31, 35, and the new 35 meter board – described as three rugged, adaptable solutions designed for a wide range of projects.
“Each unit can be permanently wall-mounted for long-term installations or fitted to an optional steel frame for shorter or medium-term use, giving operators flexibility as sites evolve,” says general manager Mark Jackson.
Jackson says the compact Lifeguard 31 is the workhorse of the range. Suited to generators, tunnels, manufacturing plants and caravan parks, it delivers up to 63A mains supply in a corrosion-proof IP66 enclosure. “A shallower depth option caters for tight spaces, and the unit is compatible with multi-voltage, multi-amperage sockets up to 63A.”
For more demanding sites, the Lifeguard 35 “steps up” with capacity for up to 125A mains supply. Built for large manufacturing plants, wastewater treatment facilities and industrial workshops, its larger enclosure houses both single and three-phase sockets for heavy-duty use.
“New to the line-up, the Lifeguard 35 meter board offers a faster, simpler way to achieve compliant metered temporary power on-site. Designed for 63A–100A three-phase connections, it includes a dedicated recess for a direct kWh meter and 12 DIN pole spaces for modifications, all within a weatherproof, corrosion-proof enclosure.”
For smaller, portable needs, the Lifeguard 6.4 and 6.6 deliver the same durability and safety in compact, grab-and-go designs.
“From portable basics to heavy-duty distribution and the latest meter-ready innovation, Lifeguard provides a power solution for every job. All units are engineered and built by us in New Zealand and built to last,” Jackson adds.
