Case wheel loaders…

Delivering power, precision and productivity

Case Construction brings together what the company describes as the best in engine, emissions, cooling, and performance technologies to deliver a truly unique wheel loader experience.

“Designed to perform in all applications, every element of the Case G-Series wheel loader range is engineered to provide real-world benefits that exceed industry standards for the lowest total cost of ownership,” says the company.

“Available exclusively in New Zealand from Mimico, Case wheel loaders offer the features, benefits, and advantages that make this world class brand the ideal choice for any New Zealand operation.”

Case G Series wheel loaders are well suited to a wide range of New Zealand applications. Whether needed for construction, landscaping, agriculture, or any other industry, Mimico says a Case wheel loader can adapt to the task at hand.

Advanced FPT (Fiat power train) engine technology in Case G-Series wheel loaders prioritises fuel efficiency.

“The result is significantly reduced fuel consumption during operation delivering lower operating costs to asset owners. The emphasis on fuel efficiency and design features that maintain performance levels mean long-term cost savings and environmental benefits are achieved. Importantly, smart design means loader wear and tear is reduced whilst completing cycles more efficiently.”

FPT Industrial is an Italian multinational designer and manufacturer with a production capacity of 2.9 million engines annually.

The innovative engine design prioritises clean air intake by eliminating the need for an EGR system. This design enhances engine efficiency and longevity while minimising emissions to align with environmental sustainability goals.

At the forefront of innovation is the remote diagnostics system, site connect, which enables seamless communication between operators and service teams, facilitating remote troubleshooting of electrical systems. This not only minimises downtime but also ensures swift and accurate repairs without the hassle of on-site technicians carrying incorrect parts.

(SUB)New features of the G-Series

The Case G-Series wheel loader range offers a selection of powerful wheel loaders designed to control costs throughout the lifecycle of the machine. Featuring new innovations that are as powerful as they are practical, the G-Series range includes “best-in-class breakout force, patented selective catalytic reduction (SCR) engine technology, and an all-new cab with improved ergonomics for operator comfort”.

The latest evolution of G-Series wheel loaders introduces a plethora of new features aimed at enhancing user experience and effectiveness:

• Touchscreen display: A user-friendly interface that provides full control over machine functions, with new features such as digital operator’s manual, electro-hydraulic controls adjustability settings, and intuitive navigation.

• Configurable buttons: Three configurable buttons located close to the loader control, allowing immediate access to frequently used screens.

• Parallel lift function: Enables the emulation of a parallel lift on a z-bar or XR linkage, enhancing versatility for material handling operations.

• Tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS): Allows optimisation of tyre wear and extends tyre life, directly from the display.

Engineered for efficiency and operator comfort

Mimico says Case wheel loaders are engineered to deliver high levels of power and performance. With powerful engines and advanced hydraulic systems, they can handle heavy loads efficiently and effectively, improving productivity on the job site.

Certain G-Series wheel loaders offer a five-speed transmission with lockup torque converter and computer-controlled clutch modulation (available on 621G, 721G, 821G, 921G models). Not only does this efficient transmission improve acceleration, travel speeds and climbing power, by eliminating power loss, the five-speed setup can also increase fuel savings.

The cab and operating environment of the G-Series wheel loaders have been completely re-engineered to provide optimal operator performance, ergonomics, and engagement with both the controls and the surrounding jobsite. A new 20-centimetre LCD monitor provides the operator with simple control and greater insight over many loader functions and activities.

A new, one-piece rounded windshield and optimally placed mirrors, along with a rearview camera that feeds the new monitor, ensures full 360° visibility. An entirely new HVAC system ensures operators stay comfortable regardless of where they work.

“Case ProCare is the first all-in-one heavy machine support programme that’s as powerful as the equipment it protects. ProCare comes standard on G-Series wheel loaders and keeps you covered for up to three years. It offers the assurance growing businesses need to stay competitive, productive, and profitable.”
